Trish Jacquet is a Certified Yoga Teacher who is passionate about teaching to
everyone from ages 2 -102. As her practice has deepened over the past six years, she’s realized that yoga is beyond flexibility- its meditation with movement. Over time, Trish has developed her own style, that her students have come to love, and has found gratification in being able to create a sense of community, connection and intention in a safe and non-judgmental space. As a Certified Natural Foods Chef and Holistic Health Coach, Megan Magill is passionate about healing through food. She was trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC and studied under the late Anne Marie Colbin who was a modern pioneer in using food as medicine. In her practice, Megan works personally with each client and pulls from ancient holistic philosophies and looks at the whole body, mind, and soul to find the root cause of each condition. Nina Patel started meditating at age 19 and has used this ancient practice to serve as the foundation for personal and professional growth. Her thirst for truth over the years has led her to experiment with various forms of meditation practices including mantra, chi-gong, quantum hypnosis healing, chakra meditation, and more. She felt a calling to share her knowledge nine years ago and produced two meditation cds and taught part-time. Last year, dedicated to teaching fulltime and resigned from her corporate job to teach at local yoga studios and in corporate offices.
